| MBf Wood Terrace Capital Corporation / Crow Wood Terrace Associates L.P. - MBf Wood Terrace Capital Corporation (98%) and MBf Carpenters Pty Ltd (2%) jointly own a limited partnership called Crow Wood Terrace Associates L.P., which developed, owns and manages a 476-unit garden-style apartment complex known as Wood Terrace Apartments, on approximately 25.5 acres of land in DeKalb County, Georgia, USA. |
| The units in this apartment complex are leased to residents under operating leases with terms generally equal to one year or less. |
MBf Bank Ltd - MBf Bank Ltd ("the Bank") is incorporated in Tonga and commenced operations on 29 October 1993. The Bank is a fully commissioned Commercial Bank under the central supervision of National Reserve Bank of Tonga. The Bank operates 2 branches, the main branch located at Nuku'alofa, the capital city of Tonga, a branch in the Northern Island of Vava'u and a Change de Bureau located at the Foa'amotu International Airport.
The Bank is a quality provider of a full range of banking facilities covering retail and commercial banking products and services. In international banking, the Bank provides a full range of remittance products and services namely Demand Draft, Banker's Cheque, Telegraphic Transfer and purchase & sale of Foreign Currencies.
As a niche player, the bank enjoys a sizeable captive market in the Personal Lending segment. In the recent years the Bank as the low cost quality service provider has been strengthening its dominance in the personal banking market in Tonga traditionally enjoyed by the large international banks.
