Malaysian, aged 49 was appointed as an Executive Director and Managing Director of the Company on 18 October 2002 and 20 February 2004 respectively. She is also the Managing Director of the Nadin Group of Companies and has been with the Nadin Group for more than 20 years. The major businesses of the Nadin Group of Companies are Property, Medical, Retail and Leisure.

Ms. Susan is also a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company.
