Business Development Manager

Our expanding team are recruiting Business Development Managers who are results focused and have proven experience in identifying, developing and managing the business relationship of clients of Red Alert Online Sdn Bhd.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sourcing and managing high-value corporate client in order to achieve high volume and repetition referral/case and contribute to overall portfolio growth
  • Understanding of the potential client to identify service opportunity and to assist them in managing businesses which are aligned to our offerings
  • Build strong relationships with prospective corporate client and hospitals/clinics with the goal to acquire them as a long term referral partners
  • Sourcing and building networks and new relationships in a similar hospital/clinic and corporate sales channel
  • Responsible for increasing referral, visit, claim via strengthening relationships with the hospital/clinic network
  • You will assist corporate clients in effectiveness of healthcare management for both parties and hospital / clinic
  • As a main point of contact for both parties’ enquiries and act as a liaison between them
  • Lead generation of other MBf Group’s services to corporate clients

 Job Requirements:

  • Self-direct, extremely motivated and have the ability to provide amazing customer experiences
  • You will report directly to the Head – Business Development
  • Minimum 3-5 years of consultative sales experience in the hospitality, TPAs, medical centres or corporate membership sales
  • Has strong network contacts from corporates, SMEs and industrial zones in Kulim or Johor
  • Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s
  • High levels of integrity and accountability with the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent rapport building/relationship management skills
  • Highly developed presentation and communication skills
  • Innovative thinking, excellent problem solving and negotiation abilities
  • Great energy levels and a positive attitude
  • High competency use /awareness of computerized healthcare third party systems
  • Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel
  • Candidate will be based at Kulim, Klang Valley or Johor
You will be remunerated with salary, allowances and also attractive commissions based on revenue generated for the group by your activities – the more income your portfolio generates, the more you earn.
