HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for all areas of HR functions including recruitment, Industrial and Employee Relations, Training & Development, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, special projects etc
  • Develop, implement and manage all recruitment plans and initiatives to achieve recruitment targets throughout the organisation
  • Develop and coordinate training and development programs for all employees
  • Handle all employee disciplinary issues including grievances, cases, prepare IR letters and conducting Domestic Inquiry etc
  • Be the contact channel of all Industrial Relations or labour matters pertaining to employee issues
  • Formulate HR strategic plan and initiatives to strengthen HR process and practice to support business growth
  • Oversee administration of company payroll and ensure statutory requirements is adhered at all time
  • Manage annual performance review and compensation review
  • Provide strategic direction and oversee the overall day-to-day HR operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with minimum 8 years of working experience in HR
  • Good in Ms. Office applications
  • Good command of both verbal and written English
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with effective interpersonal and people management skills
  • Good team player with ability to drive his/her team members to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Able to work under pressure and demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task, committed and work independently with minimal supervision to meet tight deadline
  • Willing to travel to oversea as and when required
