Executive Management Scheme
Our MBf executive management scheme is designed to nurture and develop future leaders in business management and professional functions to lead the businesses. If you enjoy setting demanding goals for yourself, overcoming obstacles to achieve them and think of yourself as an entrepreneur, then this is the role for you.
In the MBf executive management scheme you will be exposed to the many facets of our group, giving you the chance to explore our various businesses. As a trainee, you will be taught the foundations business functions and will undertake your placement in one of two nationwide Malaysia-based businesses – Lourdes Medical Clinics or Ampang Superbowl. Here you will learn head to toe of operations, sales, finances, purchasing, human resources and general management.
Supply Chain Management Scheme
From sourcing raw materials to delivering the end product, our supply chain gets our products to customers and consumers and plays a major role in our sustainability mission. As a supply chain management trainee, you will play an essential role to ensure the operation is able to meet customers’ demands through efficient balance of materials and the finished goods supply chain. You’ll assist with the management of the supply chain team, improving its effectiveness by implementing relevant supply chain principles, and challenging current practices.
With the MBf Supply chain management scheme, through formal learning with in-house training, experience with hands-on project work you will work with experts within the printing industry to develop products for the FMCG giants of the globe such as McDonalds and Starbucks. At MBf Printing, supply chain management trainees will focus on learning planning, procurement, production, logistics, customer service and customer development.
Property Management Scheme
The MBf Property Management Scheme is tailored towards young graduates who have a background in property or construction. Should you be a person who has the ability to think quickly and creatively, is familiar with contractual obligations, are able to take responsibility on and is confident in working in challenging situations, be it with a contractor, tenant or owner, this is the job for you.
As property management trainee you will be directly mentored and will be involved in all aspects of property management from design, planning, maintenance, financial management and leasing within several property projects of MBf ranging from the retail industry to offices to hospitality.

A successful graduate.
You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Property or Engineering. Your grades reflect your success within your educational field; you are fluent in English and have had a student job with a certain amount of responsibility for tasks, training, teams or projects. In addition experiences from work or studies abroad are a bonus criteria to join the programme.
Motivated, culturally sensitive and adaptable to change.
You want to learn and to contribute at the same time and you are eager to put your knowledge into action. You are willing to travel nationwide, want to work abroad during the graduate programme and to pursue an international career in the long run. You are eager to possess a future key role in the organisation and you aspire to a leadership position.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with good commercial acumen.
You have a strong attention to detail and logical sense of thinking. You have a solid and foundational understanding of business and commercial acumen that allows you to make good judgements and fast decisions.

Which formal qualifications do I need?
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in e.g. business, property or engineering. We are open to other educational lines of study, but the MBf Graduate Scheme has a broad business focus.
When should I have finished my degree ?
In order to apply you need to have finalised your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within the past two years. We take in graduates into the MBf Graduate Schemes year round.
What should I focus on in my application?
In your application you must convince us that you with your background and profile have the potential to become a key employee at MBf and that we should invite you to a personal interview.
What should I attach with my application?
Please attach your CV and your academic certificates from your studies and any other document you find relevant.
Which languages are required?
Fluency in English is a prerequisite.

What does a graduate usually earn?
MBf pays a competitive market salary during the MBf Graduate Scheme.
Am I guaranteed a job when I finish the programme?
You are hired for one year as a full-time employee. When you have completed the MBf Graduate Scheme, we expect your skills and experiences to qualify you for another full-time job at MBf. There is no unconditional job guarantee, but due to our investment in the Graduate Scheme, we obviously wish to make good use of your unique skills when you have finished the programme.
